What we collect and why

We collect only the email address you enter in the form and the date you signed up. We use them for one thing: to tell you when Puentoo launches and to invite you to a conversation before launch.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by signing up through the form. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before.

How long we keep it

Until Puentoo launches and for 12 months after that — or less, if you unsubscribe earlier (just reply “unsubscribe” or write to [email protected]).

Who processes it for us

We send emails through ZeptoMail and handle them in Zoho Mail (Zoho, servers in the European Union). We never sell your data and we do not share it with other companies.

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• rectification of your data,
• erasure of your data,
• withdrawal of consent at any time,
• lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
